Cotton On has an iconic brand identity, but felt it wasn’t translating to their copy the way it needed to. Their aim was to sound like them at every written touchpoint, no matter who was writing for them.
We refreshed the tone of voice for Cotton On Kids and the Cotton On core brand, and are in the process of rolling it out across their website, emails, and texts. Then, we ideated campaign creative and wrote manifestos for local and global campaigns for 2025.
